Teaching children all about phonics.

To show learners that reading the words are not so difficult. Giving learners the opportunity to play with words and putting pictures next to it.

Hop scotch

Hop scotch can be played in many different fun ways, integrated with different lessons.
An average game will have numbers in each block. You can change the design and use different shapes or solid colours. As the leaners jump on each block ask them question or to do something. eg. when they jump in number 3 block ask them to show 3 fingers, or give 3 colours or names of wild animals.  You could even add pictures of fruit and vegetables in the blocks. On each picture they jump they need to say weather its a fruit or a vegetable.
